Zebula Activities

Zebula has a WIDE variety of activities that will suit everyone in your group. From our ‘tiger cub walk, lion cub viewing, cheetah run experience to the much more relaxing spa treatments & golf course, we cater for both young & old.

For the more adventurous, there is a host of activities: horseback safari, clay target shooting, quad bike safari & paintball. For those with a more leisurely approach, try the fishing in our well stocked dams or a silent safari, with champagne for two.

<strong>Lions:</strong><br>Our Lion Cubs which you can actually hold in your arms, and photographed with, offers an experience second to none
<strong>Tiger Cubs:</strong><br>Come and experience our Bengal Tiger Cubs, while playing with them on our front lawn. SEASONAL – please check with Reception.
<strong>Cheetahs:</strong><br>Have your picture taken with our 2 tame Cheetahs, Tarzan & Jane, while spending time petting & playing with them. Age Restrictions applicable.
<strong>Snakes:</strong><br>Wonderful amphibious creatures up close! From exotic and indigenous snakes, iguanas, bearded dragons, skink to our large Burmese python up to 4,5m in length - this is sure to be an experience you won’t forget.
<strong>Meerkats:</strong><br>Experience these wonderful inquisitive creatures up close – very entertaining to watch!
<strong>Crocodiles:</strong><br>Ever seen the only living dinosaurs in real-life? View our Crocodiles in the “Crocodile Gorge” next to the bird aviary.
<strong>Cheetah Run:</strong><br>Watch Taran & Luka, our fully grown cheetahs race at a speed of up to 100 km per hour.
<strong>Bird Aviary:</strong><br>Enjoy our exotic birds. Our walk-in bird aviary offers a relaxing experience amongst various birds, blue duiker & rabbits featuring a flowing stream and waterfall. Enjoy all of this while sitting at the tables & chairs conveniently placed inside the aviary. Situated opposite Reception
<strong>Golf:</strong><br>Our 5 star, 18 Hole Golf course has been designed by Peter Matkovich to USGA Standards. Don’t be surprised to see various species of game on the course during your round of golf.
<strong>Spa:</strong><br>For a peaceful and calming surrounding, try our Zebu Health Spa. Book yourself in for a nice soothing massage, or just spend the day in our Relaxation Garden next to the outdoor Jacuzzis. Bookings Essential.
<strong>Quad Bike Safari:</strong><br>For the more adventurous, try our Quad bikes. 8 Bikes available, which can handle 2 adults per quad. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
<strong>Silent Safari:</strong><br>Our Environmentally friendly Electic Safari Carts gives you the chance to come up close and personal with the animals. We also (have a available on request) Champagne for a romantic sundowner in the bush.
<strong>Horse Back Safari:</strong><br>With our Brand new horse trail, EXCLUSIVE & PRIVATE, on 280 hectares of pristine , African Bushveld, you will be sure to enjoy a lovely safari on our horses with nothing but nature around you.<br><i>Riders must be 10 years or older</i><br>Special: 3hr guided safari with a qualified ranger PLUS Lunch & Soft Drinks & Fishing (Minimum of 4 riders required)
<strong>Game Drives:</strong><br>With approximately 1000 head of game situation on the 1100 Hectare Golf Estate, game viewing is a delight. Although no “big 5” are resident on the Estate, we do have game drives on the neighbouring Mabalingwe, where you have the chance to see Elephants, Buffalo & Rhinos.
<strong>Fishing:</strong><br>We have great fishing available as we stock our dams on a regular basis. Catch & Release ONLY.
<strong>Mountain Biking:</strong><br>New at Zebula! Something for the whole family to enjoy. Whether you want to get some exercise for your next big event, or just want to enjoy the nature and wildlife Zebula has to offer – this is perfect. Children and adult Mountain bikes available
<strong>Paintball:</strong><br>Bring your friends OR enemies to battle the struggle of the fittest. We kit you with a paintball gun, 100 bullets, overall, mask & battlefield.
<strong>Clay Target Shooting:</strong><br>Enjoy the thrill of shooting AND HITTING the clay target in mid-air. Quite a challenge!
<strong>Archery:</strong><br>Come and compete in the competition of old. Closest to the middle wins the prize.
<strong>Volley Ball:</strong><br>An activity for the whole company to enjoy. Fight it out on our proper Sand Court to determine who is the best at the game.
